Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

Shipping Policy Disclaimer

Once your order has been processed and you select your preferred shipping option, please note that we cannot guarantee the advertised delivery times displayed by the shipping carrier. While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, actual arrival dates may differ from the estimated dates provided. Shipping companies occasionally experience delays due to factors beyond our control, and as a result, deliveries may not always arrive on the exact date or time advertised.

Shipping Methods:

Standard Shipping: 2-7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 1-5 business days
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages: If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at info@rooftoptents.ca. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Heavy and Large Items: Due to the size and weight of some of our products, additional time may be required for tracking updates and delivery.
